When life changed during the pandemic, so did my path. My husband and I left California for Oregon with nothing but faith and determination. Starting over wasn’t easy, but it guided me toward what I love most—helping others grow and create new opportunities. I’m Bere, a dreamer and proud Oregon co-founder of North Point Insurance, built on courage, faith, and purpose. 

I’m Sal Franco. Before insurance, I worked in auto sales, but it never felt right. I wanted something with real purpose—something that helps people and makes a difference. That’s what led me to co-found North Point Insurance, a place built on trust, care, and connection. For me, it’s about people—their stories, their families, and the lives they’re building every day.

I grew up between two cultures—Oregon, USA and Nayarit, Mexico—where family, hard work, and keeping your word shaped who I am. I studied International Business to help others dream bigger and build something that lasts. Along the way, I learned the value of trust and reliability. That’s what inspired me to be a part of North Point Insurance—a place built on honesty and care.
